Swing Dancer Magazine (SDM) is a FREE online publication dedicated to swing dancing; written for dancers by dancers. SDM is a great resource for articles on all forms of swing dancing including West Coast Swing. They provide very interesting articles on swing dancing geared towards:

- Capturing the spirit of swing dancing
- Utilizing the expertise and unique voices of fellow dancers
- Capturing history as it is made around the globe
- Sharing the efforts of local communities with the worldwide community
- Providing information for those interested in learning more about swing dance culture and music
- Bridging the gaps between various forms of swing
- Assist dancers in keeping their bodies healthy

To those of you who don't receive the SDM newsletter.....

Swing Dancer Magazine is shutting down. I just don't have the time available to run the site anymore and the rest of the staff is not interested in taking over.

The site will remain up until September and we'll be posting our few remaining articles - so you'll still be able to go back and reference them for the time being.

It's been a fun past few years - we're sad to see it end.
