Jerry....the calendar allows you to add events....if you are the owner of the event then you can edit it. There is also a section called Local Happenings....the same goes for that thread as well. Hope this helps and enjoy the web site.

I was more wondering how now on the calendar you see only national events whether the calendar will have also a function for us to view our local events. For example, me being in New York to see all the local weekly dance event or special workshops being offered in the area versus a member in San Francisco when they log in to see San Francisco events.

At the bottom of the calendar there is a 'jump to' drop down-list. You can select NY and it will bring up the local calendar for NY.

Yes, you can view local calendars as well. You will find a menu near the bottom of the calendar to jump between calendars. The default is National Events.

We will work on getting this menu at the top of the calendar too.

Yes, you can view local calendars as well. You will find a menu near the bottom of the calendar to jump between calendars. The default is National Events.

We will work on getting this menu at the top of the calendar too.

Can we add a forward and back button on the top in order to move to the next or previous month? It's a bit of task to have to scroll all the way down to the bottom and select month in the drop down bar.

Can the NY calendar please update the dance event info for Festa's (now) Thursday dance? Two people last night told me they showed up to dance on a Wednesday (one at BS, the other went to TAJ) only to find out no dance on Wednesday. Another person I spoke to at Rockaway was confused too.

Since this is not my event I wasn't sure if I could/should do this myself.
