haha...no, thats atari!! lets jump ahead 20 years...Wii is a game system from Nintendo, it has wii-motes. So say for the bowling game you actually stand there and swing your arm with the wii-mote as if you were actually bowling!! Its very cool!!!!! You would love it!!!

Our room block is essentially the entire hotel. They keep a few rooms for transient guests, but wil sell them to us if we exceed our reserved rooms.

cK - you didn't go to the crossover room last year? It was AMAZING! This is by far my favoritist event and that room made it doubly so. Can't wait to spend my day's floating in the waterpark and night's dancing.

Is it the end of March yet? Can't get here fast enough!

Sadly....I won't be there this year BUT will be there in '09 and ready to kick butt in Wii!!!!

If you have to stay at the overflow hotel, we do have a bus running between the hotels.

According to the website the shuttle bus stops running at 2am. The late-nite dancing is just starting to get fun at that time, and I tend to dance until 5 or 6am. This is why I will probably drive myself to the event. Just the same, I would prefer to stay at the event hotel.

It's hard to believe that the 2008 Boston Tea Party is just one week away! Here are a few last reminders regarding the event.

It's not too late to register. However, online registration closes TOMORROW, Friday, March 21st at 11:59pm EST. Please keep in mind that, while you can still register at the event, credit cards will not be accepted at the door. If you wish to use a credit card, please register and pay online by tomorrow's deadline.

Please remember that if you purchased a student pass, a valid student ID must be presented at the time of check-in to receive the discounted rate.

Don't forget to join us on Thursday night in the North Shore ballroom for the first annual Boston Wii Party. Participation is open to everyone! BTP will be providing the Wii's, projectors, games, and accessories. (Please feel free to bring your own Wii Mote, with your avatar loaded, if you want to use your own Mii.)

Buffet tickets are still available and will be on sale at the registration desk until 6pm each night. If you've already purchased your tickets, they will be located inside the registration packet you receive when you check in. Please do not lose or throw away your tickets. These have been pre-purchased from the hotel, so we are not able to give out replacements.

Don't forget that The Boston Tea Party has discount tickets available to CoCo Key Water Resort. Tickets must be purchased online, but if you decide to go last minute, the hotel has free wireless access in the lobby. Just go to our website (http://WWW.teapartyswings.com) and follow the link under Travel.

I had a lot of fun. I hadn't been to this event for several years and I'm glad I went. My favorite part was the cross-over room. I'll go back next year just for that. I hope the organizers can find a way to have the 3 social dance rooms closer together.

This was a fantastic event once again. I danced WCS last year for the first time ever at this event. My first poor newcomer partner had no idea what he was in for. I had a great time!

It was so much more fun now that I actually swing both ways.

I had a great time and I agree that the crossover room was the best part of the event!!! The WCS j&j divisions could have been run a bit quicker with less kid interaction but whatever Im kinda over it now. It was a great event!!!

How did the Wii party go? Is someone going to post results..:shades:
