On a side note, I used to do the North Carolina - NYC drive twice a year for school...it's not a horrible drive. JUST BE CAREFUL IN VIRGINA ONCE YOU PASS RICHMOND!!!!!! That stretch of VA into NC is boring, and you'll want to speed. VA cops would LOVE to catch someone with a NY or NY tag.

Flights out of AC are only $431 and after you pay for gas, tolls and food on the road and the toll it will take on you; it may not be worth it.

Unless you have a car load of people! Then it will be fun. We are driving down also.

haha...the drive was a little painful. :eek: 15 hours in the car listening to Neil Diamond......i'm still recovering!!!!!
